On May 11, 2023, Pineapple Energy Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting select financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and the information set forth therein is incorporated herein by reference and constitutes a part of this report.
